2. Course Enrollment & Access

  • All our courses are paid offerings. We do not provide free trials.

  • Once enrolled, you will receive lifetime access to the course content, including recorded classes.

  • Each course is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or course material is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Each course is priced at ₹4,000, inclusive of all taxes.

  • We accept UPI, debit cards, and credit cards for payment.

  • We currently do not issue GST invoices or itemized bills.

  • All payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you review course details before enrolling.

4. Certificates

  • Upon completing a course, learners will receive a completion certificate issued by YuLearn Academy.

  • Certificates are awarded automatically and are included in the course price.

  • While our certificates reflect real-world skills, they are not currently affiliated with any third-party institutions or government agencies.

5. Learning Platform Usage

  • Our platform is designed for self-paced learning. You can access your courses anytime, from any device.

  • We provide a smooth, mobile-friendly experience so you can learn whenever it suits you.

6. Privacy

We value your trust and privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, PDFs, and other resources—are the intellectual property of YuLearn Academy. Copying, distributing, or reselling any part of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer high-quality education, YuLearn Academy is not responsible for any outcomes related to job placement, promotions, or career advancement. Your learning journey depends on your individual effort and application of knowledge.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our platform after any changes means you accept those updates.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts in Hyderabad.
